Pre-Order Policy
At Redsters Comics, we offer comic book pre-orders so collectors can secure upcoming releases ahead of their official street date. Pre-order listings are usually added around two months before release, based on distributor catalogue information.
Release Dates
Release dates are supplied by Diamond UK, publishers, and relevant distributors. These dates can change before fulfilment due to publisher delays, shipping delays, allocation changes, or distributor updates.
We will always aim to fulfil your order as quickly as possible once the books arrive with us, but pre-order dates should be treated as expected release dates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Condition
All new comic book pre-orders are supplied in Near Mint condition or better wherever possible. Comics are handled carefully, bagged and boarded where appropriate, and packed securely for dispatch.
Minor manufacturing marks, print defects, or distributor handling marks can sometimes occur with new comics. We will always do our best to supply the cleanest copies available.
Damaged Stock
If pre-order stock arrives damaged from Diamond UK or another distributor, we will request replacement copies where available.
Replacement stock is subject to distributor availability and cannot always be guaranteed. If a replacement cannot be supplied, we will contact you to discuss the best resolution, which may include a refund, replacement item, or suitable alternative.
Allocations, Cancellations and Availability
Pre-order stock is subject to publisher and distributor availability. In some cases, books may be allocated, delayed, cancelled, or supplied in lower quantities than expected.
If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order due to allocation, cancellation, or lack of availability, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative option where possible.
Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Orders
If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your order will ship once the final item in that order has been released and received by Redsters Comics.
This helps keep postage costs fair and allows your order to be packed together safely. If you would like items shipped separately as they release, please contact us before placing your order, as additional postage may apply.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time the pre-order is placed. This secures your order with Redsters Comics and allows us to allocate stock against your purchase.
Changes to Cover Art and Product Details
Cover artwork, titles, creative teams, formats, prices, and final product details may change before release. Product information is based on the distributor catalogue at the time of listing and may be updated if new information becomes available.
