Why It Matters

This opening issue of Valiant's Super Mario Bros. series brings together Nintendo gaming and comic collecting. The Nintendo Comics System branding and Super Mario Bros. 3 promotion make it a distinctive piece for a collection built around Mario, NES games or licensed video-game comics.

The appeal here is the original 1990 comic, its recognisable Mario cover and the independently assigned CGC 9.4 grade with white pages. It offers a certified copy for collectors who want the comic's grade and page quality stated on the holder.
