From the 1998 Skybox Marvel Creators Collection, this is an authentic Sketchagraph insert featuring a hand-drawn Spider-Man illustration by artist John Czop.

Sketchagraph cards were inserted approximately one per 36 packs and each example is an original piece of artwork created directly on official Skybox trading card stock. These cards pre-date the modern sketch card boom and are considered part of the early era of Marvel pack-inserted original art cards.
